For appraising the vehicle value,

1) Entity has a grid which estimates the value of vehicle basis model, age etc

2) A third party valuer is appointed which independently does the valuation. Lower of the above two is taken as vehicle value.

At Wint Wealth we would be building the grid as well over time - as of now the basis above underwriting is done.
